(12/15/17 – Albany, N.Y.) The state’s largest organization for volunteer firefighters launched two new websites developed by ABC Creative Group of Syracuse.
The Firemen’s Association of the State of New York (FASNY) has more than just a new look at fasny.com and firemenshome.com. The sites were completely redeveloped with stronger messaging and content for improved brand positioning as well as search engine optimization.
ABC Creative Group set out to create a member-driven and user friendly layout that also increased visibility of fundraising efforts at fasny.com. The FASNY Firemen’s Home, a skilled nursing facility in Hudson dedicated to housing former volunteer firefighters, has more intuitive navigation with stronger content that focuses on its status as one of the top senior care institutions in the state.
Both sites integrate more images and video for a more intuitive user experience. An ABC client since 1999, FASNY serves nearly 50,000 members throughout the state. The Firemen’s Home has about 100 residents on its campus.
Research, experience and strategic content were the cornerstones of the latest redesigns intended to increase membership and giving.
